Sales Assistant
Job Summary
You will support the business development function by identifying opportunities, assisting in sales processes, and contributing to market intelligence. You will work closely with internal teams to help drive revenue growth and improve client acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in IT services
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client-facing documents
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support decision making
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for project alignment
• Support execution of sales strategies and lead generation activities
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and research capabilities
• Well organized with the ability to manage tasks independently
• Familiarity with freelance platforms and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and business development are encouraged to apply
Preferred Skills
• Basic understanding of IT services and digital solutions
• Exposure to CRM tools or sales pipelines
• Ability to present ideas clearly in written and verbal formats
Nice to Have
• Internship or academic project experience in sales, marketing, or business development
• Experience using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems
• Understanding of lead generation techniques and outreach strategies
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels including LinkedIn and email campaigns
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
